Strict regulations and examinations are performed on the raw materials before they are approved for use in production. Herbal grading, heavy metal testing and compositional analysis are carried out prior to storage.
 
 
 

Fully automated production instruments and equipment are used to control extracting temperature, pressure and condensation to ensure that the required composition is extracted from the raw herbs. Low temperature, pressure vacuum drying preserves the original flavour, aroma, and polysaccharides of herbs, and increases stability and shelf life.
 
 
 
 

Testing is also undertaken to ensure quality control. Highly advanced equipment performs Thin Layer and Three Dimensional High Performance Liquid Chromatography, UV spectroscopy and microbiological control tests, all ensure the highest quality and strictest hygiene controls.
